Keto “Cookies & Crème Crunch Bits” (Best DIY Version)
April 26th, 2026 3:50 PM Mr. Q Categories: Keto

Description
- The crunchy part in cookies & crème clusters comes from ultra-dry, low-moisture cookie bits or crisps.
- In commercial products like Atkins snacks, this is achieved using engineered ingredients such as extruded protein crisps or baked cookie inclusions.
- At home, you can recreate this texture by baking and drying keto-friendly cookie crumbs until they are crisp and moisture-free.

☐ Break into small chunks or pulse into crumbs
☐ Return crumbs to oven for 5–10 minutes to dry further
☐ Turn oven off and leave crumbs inside with door slightly open for 20–30 minutes

Tips & Variations
- The thinner you spread the dough, the crunchier the final result
- Drying step is critical—moisture will soften the crunch
- Mix in protein crisps for a more “store-bought” texture
- Store crumbs in an airtight container to maintain crispness
- Use immediately when adding to melted chocolate for best results
